Program Fee Information
Our private pay fees vary depending on the facility that is used for the surgery. All fees include the surgeon's fee, the fee for the facility, the LAP-BAND, the anesthesiologist and follow-up visits and adjustments for one year from the date of surgery. We also can tell you about some financing options that are available. Please call our office and we will be happy to discuss those with you!
